In order to improve all the graduate students' understanding of the employment policy and the competitiveness of the 2023 graduates in the job market, School of Foreign Language Education(SOFLE) held a meeting of Employment Experience Sharing on September 25th, which was also part of the projects Employment Pilot and Career Education Month for the New Graduates of the Class of 2023.
The sharing was co-hosted by Wu Zhe, the part-time counselor of SOFLE, who is in charge of students' employment, and Sun Linjun, a 2020 graduate majoring in English Language and Literature of SOFLE, and attended on-line by Lin Mingshuai, the counselor of the graduate students, and graduate students of all grades.
The students present gained a lot in this sharing, which provided a good opportunity for them to exchange experiences. SOFLE is seeking to offer more aid in graduates' employment by organizing discussion and experience sharing, so that they can be more confident, capable and competitive in the job market.
